1) WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE TIME4YOU2MOVE INSTEAD OF AN ESTATE AGENT?
An estate agent will take an average of 2% of the value of your property. If you want to save the thousands of pounds that you would pay to them, you could sell your property yourself using time4you2move.
At time4you2move we charge a maximum of £25 to help you to sell your property (membership lasts for a maximum of one year). When you have sold your property you can simply delete your property profile.
Because we only charge £25 we do not offer a service for measuring up your property, taking photos, writing your property description etc. It is very easy for you to do this yourself using our user guide and website which has tips and advice to help you sell your property.
It is very easy. All you need is:
1) A computer with internet access
2) A mobile phone or BT phone line
3) A digital camera or camera phone
You will need to arrange your own viewings. When you have agreed to sell, contact your solicitor/mortgage advisor to arrange contracts etc.
You could save thousands of pounds by selling your property yourself. Just think of what you could spend this money on instead. The choice is yours…

2) IF YOU HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A ESTATE AGENT PLEASE READ THIS
If you have already signed a contract with an estate agent please read their small print, before joining this site. You are allowed to sell your own property but some estate agents have altered their terms and conditions. Instead of saying "we are the only estate agent…" they have changed it to "we are the only seller…" which means that if you sold your property yourself they would still be entitled to take their commission.
You can cancel your contract with your estate agent but you will need to check their small print for any clauses which may entitle them to take commission regardless of who sells the property.

3) DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO USE THIS SITE?
BUYERS:
If you are a buyer then you do not need to join this site. All the features can be accessed for FREE without becoming a member (even adding properties to your favourites list and contacting the seller are all FREE at time4you2move).
SELLERS:
You will need to create an FREE account with us by filling in the join form and uploading your property profile to our site. This will allow buyers to be able to search for your property and contact you directly using the information you have supplied on your property profile at time4you2move.

4) IS TIME4YOU2MOVE AN ESTATE AGENT?
No, time4you2move is a publisher. We enable you to sell your property yourself with our assistance. If you have already signed any contracts with an estate agent please read your contract carefully to see if you are able to do this. This option may not be available to you if your contract says that your estate agent has ‘sole selling rights’. In some cases, even if you sell the property yourself you will still have to pay the estate agent commission.
The main benefit of selling with us is that you could potentially save thousands of pounds, depending on the value of your property, membership on this site is FREE to all sellers wising to sell no more than one property at a time. You could easily cancel your contract with your estate agent, but this depends on the wording of your contract with them.

5) NO ONE IS LOOKING AT MY PROPERTY
1) If you have just registered with us, please allow up to 24 /48 hrs for your property profile to be activated. Occasionally this may take longer.
2) You have a Visitor Counter on your control panel; this allows you to see how many people have viewed your property.
If no one is looking at your property it may be for several reasons:
a) The price of your property is too high
b) You may not have uploaded any photos of your property to your profile. Most buyers like to see photos of the property before viewing in more detail.
c) You have set your profile to ‘suspended’ which means that no one can see your profile. You can change the status in your control panel on this site so it is set to ‘activate’.
d) It is a good idea to log in to your control panel each day. The reason for this is that our system records who has logged in recently. Your property is more likely to be higher in the search results than someone who logged in a week ago.

6) MY PROPERTY IS NOT SELLING
There may be several reasons for this:
1) Look at your property profile and ask whether the information that you have put on this site, would be of interest to you if you were looking to buy that property.
2) Ask your friends and work colleagues to look at your property profile and give you feedback.
3) Look at several other properties on this site and see if they promote their property better than you, if so copy the way they market their property.
4) You may have over priced your property - look at similar properties in your area to see if you have priced it correctly.
5) Have you added any photos of your property? It may be necessary to retake them but remember to tidy your property first!
6) You are more likely to get interest from buyers if you give as much information about your property as possible. Consider our Premier package which only costs £25 and has lots more features available to potential buyers.

7) I CANNOT LOG IN TO MY PERSONAL CONTROL PANEL
The main reason for people not being able to login is that they have typed their ID number or password incorrectly. You can request an email by clicking on Forgot Password and we will send you an automatic reply with your account details.
The other reason that you may not be able to log in straight away is that there may be a lot of members accessing our site at the same time i.e. at peak times. Please log in a bit later. We will keep track of this, so hopefully this will not arise.

8) THE SITE SEEMS SLOW
Our site is hosted on a fast dedicated server but in the unlikely event that our server may crash we will try to fix the problem as soon as we can. If there are any problems with our server, this information will be posted on the member’s message board so that we can keep you informed.
Your choice of Internet Service Provider (ISP) and whether you are using dial-up or broadband will determine the speed of your internet connection. Normally, if you are on broadband you will have continuous internet access. Sometimes websites crash and slow down due to demand. Please check other sites to see if you are having the same problems, if so we would suggest restarting your computer.
As a sales site we have lots of people who want to sell their properties. You may find that our service might slow down at certain times of the day e.g. at peak times. This is common on all websites but we will try to keep this to a minimum.

9) MY BROWSER IS HAVING PROBLEMS OPENING THIS SITE
At time4you2move we have tested our site on many different web browsers. Some older web browsers may take longer to load up certain pages. This is determined by the speed of your computer, your operating system and the internet connection that you have. All web browsers are different in terms of how they display graphics. You will see that certain pages on our site may look a bit different on different browsers.
The main web browsers are:
1) Internet Explorer
2) Safari (max os x & NOW WINDOWS)
Make sure that you are using the latest version of your web browser for your operating system. We have tested our site on many different web browsers using different operating systems, to make sure that our site can be viewed. Please note that using an older version of a web browser can cause problems when dealing with new advanced coding. We suggest using the latest version.

10) CAN I GET A REFUND FOR UNUSED TIME?
Most members do not pay to use our services except for agents selling more than one property at a time on this site.
For Agents No, we do not offer a refund for unused time for Agents Premier membership which allows there properties to be viewed for 1 year or until you have sold it (if it sells within that year). If there Agents Premier membership runs out then it will convert to Standard membership only, this means certain features will not be available.

11) HOW CAN I HIDE MY PROPERTY PROFILE?
You can hide your profile so other members cannot see it when they search. This option is intended to be used if you are going away for a few days and don't wished to be contacted. To hide your profile you need to log in to your personal profile. Go to the Account Info section and click on the Suspend link in the Profile Status section. This will allow you to suspend your account. You can change this at any time.

12) WHAT DO I DO WHEN I’VE SOLD?
When you have agreed to sell or buy a property please follow the advice below:
1) Take the buyer/sellers details i.e. name, address, phone number and email address.
2) Agree the price that you are willing to pay/accept for the property.
3) Contact your solicitor to arrange the contract etc.
4) If you need a mortgage or need to increase your mortgage contact your mortgage advisor.
5) Arrange for a surveyor to inspect the property you wish to buy. This will normally be provided by your mortgage provider, but if not, it is important that you arrange for your own survey to be carried out.
When you have agreed to buy/sell and have contacted your solicitor/mortgage company they will then take on the legal side until you have exchanged contracts and you are able to move in to your new home.

13) CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIME?
Yes, you can cancel your membership by deleting your profile from our database but you will not receive a refund for unused time as most members do not pay to use our services. You have two options: Free Premier membership or Agents membership which allows you to sell several property at anyone time. (this entitles you to membership for one year)

14) HOW DO I DELETE MY PROPERTY WHEN I HAVE SOLD IT?
If you wish to delete your profile from our database please go to Edit Profile in the member’s menu. At the bottom of the edit profile page is the option to delete your profile from our property site. Please note that when you delete your profile you will not be able to reload it at a later stage. You can choose to suspend your account which will allow you to return without creating a new profile. All profiles are deleted from our database if they have not been activated for more than 12 months.

16) CAN I SELL MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY ON THIS PROPERTY WEBSITE?
YES you can sell more than one property on this site. You have two options you could create a FREE acount for each property which will require a different email address for each account or you can create an Agents account which allows you to sell lots of properties all on one account. HOW TO UPDGRADE TO AGENTS MEMBERSHIP?
To upgrade to Agents Premier Membership you will need to create a account with us by click on the JOIN NOW button on the home page. when you are login in go to (click here) and choose from the option stated on that page which will allow your membership to be upgraded.
